Hello, i've been using this pc for like 6 months with no problem but now on startup it starts to make this weird, loud noise.
I assume it's coming from the Arctic Liquid Freezer II 360 fans / or the top fan in the back of the case but i don't really see any interference with the fans.
Also hard to pinpoint exactly where the noise is coming from.

Did you hear similar noise? I tried to record the sound here.
It's especially loud on startup, first 2 minutes of working on the pc than it becomes more quiet but the same noise is still present.

Possibly resonance as the various fans spin up.

This:

"Also hard to pinpoint exactly where the noise is coming from."

Use a cardboard tube or rolled up sheet of paper to help pinpoint the source of the noise.

Carefully, point one end of the tube into the case with the other end of the tube to an ear.

Listen while moving the PC end of the tube around and pay attention to where the tube is pointing when the sound is loudest or clearest.

Get someone to help with guiding or aiming the tube if and as necessary.

Try unplugging fans, one at a time, to determine if the sound changes or stops.
