Weird problem with BC2 beta

I have been playing this game for about 2 hours a day, and sometime the game just force closes/kills itself. This happens at least 2 or 3 times times daily and it really bothers me because it screws up the rest of my computer too. So once i restart it is fine, but this shouldnt be happening. Thanks for any replies.

p.s. i tried all of the obvious things like drivers, reinstalling, etc.

Hey good to hear. That sounds a lot like that dragon age issue I was talking about. Something weird was going on with the FPS cap and some cards were throwing crashes unless vsync was on.

It is only by word of mouth but I read that the beta doesn't have a FPS cap. Hopefully it keeps stable for you now.

Fatal, I think that is a common issue. Issues updating has made their bug list. They suggest trying to run the updater as admin.

Hey guys, I was surprised and happy to see Maximaniac play tonight! Also, i got to go head-to-head with fatal a bit, and of course i wooped him :)
Just over 3 weeks until the spring ladder opens!
3 weeks to master all of the weapons that you can.

Guys, huge tip right here, sort of obvious but w.e, look under multiplayer tab, then stats, and look through all the pins (5000/10000pt ones), i made a list of the stuff that i should concentrate on because im close, it works great. I am about 2 hours of gameplay away from about 15k points just from the pins.

I will check it out, also I would like to point out, because I found this out today, that you can call for a medic by looking at a medic, and pressing 'q' it will yell out ' Ahhhh I need a f*ing medic!' or something similar.

This def. helps in hardcore mode where people cant see your health bar.

Might work for ammo too, but I havent tried it.

Wow thats awesome! thanks, i will be sure to listen for u guys screaming for help, although you people are really good at getting slaughtered instantly... XD
but yea thanks for the tip, and check out that part of the menu i said, i bet we will all be climbing these rank like nothing this week.

Yeah the Q button is a general "action" button for spotting, need ammo, need medic... If you are a medic or assult, I think when you hit Q while looking at a team member you also say...hey come get some ammo...or something like that.

Also, if you look at a guy who can use some ammo/medpack, you will see an ammo or health icon before their name. I kind of like this system because you don't have to think about issuing a "need X" command but it requires your team to pay more attention.

I am missing the "hey, I need a ride" because people always take off in an empty vehicle. Someone should check if the Q button does that too.

JD, your pin idea is probably how everyone is at lvl 22 already. I am being serious here...if you are really set on padding your scores, lets just join an empty server and go 2 on 2 and work on pins. I have no shame.

I am sort of confused if you are ripping on me for doing this, or if you think its a good idea, and no, i dont wanna cheat like that. We are legit playas on a legit team, no BS playing for scores. I was just saying that if you start working for those pins, it helps alot because you can unlock more weapons that require you to be at like rank 13 or 15 or w.e.
And that 2 on 2 game would be too cheap lol.

Hey guys my twin brother just got the game, I made him create an account named

1st. Lt. Gustav

He seems to enjoy the idea of getting rpg/gustav kills as much as I do, so I though it was appropriate, I also slapped our clan tag on him.

He have game battles? Ill add him to the team. Also.. what time would you guys want to scrimmage on the weekend. We were challenged for today @5 but thats too early and its a EU team and best would prob be the weekend.

I was trying to ask JD about that game today. You couldn't get a later time from them?

Annis, I was just thinking today that you should create a 2nd name like General Gustav just to lock it down. Who was Obesity2 again? Was that your friend Fatal?
