Weird PSU squel (With sound clip)

I'm wondering what might be the cause of my PSU squealing like this? It's not constant, it comes and goes. It's really annoying.

Sounds like a fan with bad bearings. Is the PSU under warranty? If so, RMA it. The PSU will work fine even with this bad fan.

The PSU is under 2 weeks old. :-/
