Question Weird purple artifacts on GTAs grass

I keep getting these purple artifacts on GTA, I ran a lot of demanding games and the artifacts weren't there, I I'm using a pretty cheap HDMI even tho my PC is decent, someone help

purple artifacts on GTA

where have you acquired the game?
if through a game service; have you tried verifying game files?
if from an original game CD; it would be 20+ years old now and probably somewhat corrupted.
