[SOLVED] Weird scanline flicker on Benq monitor ?

So i woke up, turned on my pc and i had a heart attack thinking my gpu gave up, turned everything off and on, unplugged monitor, tried my pc on the tv and thankfully it had no problem.
I plugged in the monitor only into the wall and well, it looks like this : the monitor displays everything properly except the area between the 2 white lines u can see where it flickers like hell.

Monitor model: BenQ XL2720Z ( i had it since 2017 )

Has it gone toast or what can i do?

Does the culprit panel exhibit the same issue on a donor system(not the one it was plugged into initially)? If so then perhaps try and replace the display input cable and see if the issue persists. If the issue is there after a donor system hook up + replacement known working display cable, then the issue is with your panel.

yeah i hooked it up to my laptop now through hdmi and recorded a short vid.

is the monitor completely damned or should i take it to a service?

it looks like every 2nd line of pixels below the white line is showing the right pixel line, while every other is confused and doesn't know which line to display and just flickers between lines way below what it's actually supposed to show

UPDATE: Monitor is bad, took it to 2 repair shops they said i'm better off buying a new one.
