Hello, I'll try to keep this short and expain it as good as I can.
The issue is a lot more noticable in high demanding games.

So, the problem works like this : I Launch the game, the frames are pretty stable. In game, they still are stable, suddenly, I get a weird "slow down/draggy" effect, with my frames going down, then after a second it's smooth again. And it goes on and on. I'll leave a video of the issue happening in game. I felt the stutters in game, so hopefully they are visible in the video too. Also, at the end I just walked in general without much gameplay in it, it should be visible there too.
-Also, previously the game ran butter smooth, without any problems at all
-I have this simmiliar issue in multiple games

If needed, I'll provide more information of course, I'm just not sure on what to say here.

P.S - noticed there isn't a video upload option here, so I can upload it somewhere where you ask to, I got the video ready, the video's a bit big though (2 GB)

Sounds like the game is hitting the Windows page file to grab data...this typically happens when the machine needs more system memory or the HHD is getting full.

Please provide the full specs of your laptop including hard drive type and how full it is.
