[SOLVED] Weird text and Icons after changing resolution

Hello everyone. So last week I tried changing resolutions on my Nvidia graphics card through their app but it seems it messed up something with my windows since im getting these weird letters and the icons and letters that are supposed to be round have now square edges on them and its really distracting, anyone know how to fix? I have the latest drivers, tried messing with the TV settings, already tried cleartype and already tried changing the scale but nothing fixed it. Heres two pictures fore reference:

Perhaps changing the resolution has messed with your clear text tuning - see if tuning your text through the ClearType tuner helps - it's a built in Windows setting, not third party software:

Happened to me as well, you just have to reset the nvidia control panel and restart. Got it fixed for me.
