Question Weird utilisation and temp spikes on gpu at idle

Hi fellow members,
I have a problem which I thought to be normal, but doesn't look normal
My gpu temp and util spikes up randomly at idle. (cpu is also at max clock all time, but stays at 37 degrees)
I really don't want to reinstall windows, I have my ssd full to the brim with all kinds of stuff.
If anyone can help me, i will provide as much info as needed
edit: gpu spikes are weirdly consistant. they are 5 degree spikes almost every time

My current specs are:
Win10 Pro
AMD RX 570
AMD Ryzen 7 3800x
ROG Strix B550-f
1TB Samsung M.2 980 PRO
2x16GB DDR4 3200Mhz Corsair Vengeance
