Hi everyone,
I'm struggling with a weird issue with my PC, and unfortunately I can't figure it out.
So the issue that happens is, randomly in gaming once a day the system loses video output. This does not happen in every game. As my experience goes - from the games I play- Deep Rock Galactic, Helldivers 2 and Ready or Not has this issue. Project zomboid, Euro Truck Simulator 2, Snowrunner and Cities Skylines do not suffer from this issue. They never crashed.
The way this crash happens is that the system now stays on (previously it restarted I'll explain it later), the video output circles and theres no video. If I plug the HDMI to the motherboard's CPU related slot, I do not get video output back. My CPU has integrated graphics. The LEDs remain on, however my cooler looses the digital display for temperature. But also Discord runs perfeclty in the background, if I'm in a call I can hear others talking just not myself.
First it started on windows 10, and these are the logs that I managed to gather:
2024. 08. 21. 20:53:01
The operating system was started at 2024-08-21T18:53:00.50000000000Z according to the system clock.
2024. 08. 21. 20:53:02
No description of Event ID 56 from Application Popup source found. The component that triggered the event is not installed on the local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or fix the component on the local computer.
If the source of the event is another computer, the display information must have been saved with the event.
The following information is associated with the event:

2024. 08. 21. 20:53:03
The system restarted without shutting down properly. This error could have occurred because the system was unresponsive, crashed, or unexpectedly lost power.
2024. 08. 21. 20:53:07
The previous system shutdown (8/21/2024 - 8:30:35 PM) was unexpected.
My own note: The system crashed at 8:53PM not at 8:30PM
2024. 08. 21. 20:53:08
The service (OCButtonService) has stopped due to the following error:
The system cannot find the specified file.
2024. 08. 21. 20:53:08
A fatal hardware failure has occurred.

The operating system restarted the computer for error checking. The operation was 0x00000124 (0x00000000000000000004, 0xffffc10f1009e028, 0x00000000000000000000, 0x00000000000000000000). The memory image was saved to the file C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report ID: b3e498d3-c474-49c4-bfb3-c0b05b684790.
I managed to extract two memory dump files: MEMORY.DMP 082124-6812-01.dmp
So at this stage I assumed its Win10 issue. I have updated the BIOS, and to Windows 11.
Needless to say the issue remains, with one twist that now I do not get anything in event viewer also the system no longer restarts itself after losing the video output.
My system:
Gigabyte B660M DS3H DDR4 SN220760043745
Intel Core i5 12400 processzor(BX8071512400)
GIGABYTE RTX 3060 Eagle OC12G 12GB GDDR6 LHR (GV-N3060EAGLEOC-12GD 2.0)
Corsair Vengeance LPX White2x8GB DDR4 3200MHz Kit (I have two of this so its 32GB)
Kingmax 512GB NVMe M.2 SSD (KMPQ3480-512G)
HDD SATA Seagate 1TB 3.57200 64M Barracuda
Chieftec 750W Proton BDF-750C
So far also troubleshootings I have tried apart from updating:
Also I can't reproduce the issue on my own. This happens randomly. Additionally all of my components have warranty at the moment, however I'm concerned if I send it in since this issue is very random, if I am unable to point how to reproduce the issue I'm sure they will just send it back after weeks that its fine.
What should I do? What might be the issue, and how could I test for the possible reason?
I really appreciate the help!

So far also troubleshootings I have tried apart from updating:
- Reseating GPU and RAMs
- Addig the TLRDelay registry, then removing it
- Updating everything
- Ran Intel CPU tester: said all ok
- Ran GPU stress test: all was ok
