I've had Windows 10 for a few months now and just yesterday night I started getting a random update for Windows... It went smoothly from what I saw until the part where it says

"Well be ready soon".

I've been stuck on this screen for hours at a time about 3 times now. I've tried taking out all USB devices, Draining the caps of power and hard rebooting ... Everything...

Every time I restart it reaches my log in screen but the password section is greyed out and then the blue update screen kicks in after a few seconds and does the process per usual.

Does anyone know what may be wrong?

For further Information please ask.

Hi,

Here are some troubleshooting steps that may help.
- Start by loading it in Safe Mode and see if that will work.
- While the PC is booting up repeatedly press on F8 until it loads Advanced Boot Option where you can select Safe Mode.
- If it does load in Safe Mode perform System Restore and bring it back to an earlier date or time before the problem even happened.
- If it doesn't load Safe Mode your last option would be to reinstall Windows 10. 🙁
