Well this be able to game well for a budget build?

For games, GPU is more important, I change some of the components, RAM 1600mhz, HD7850, and the PSU. Even the price for three is $3 more, but the GPU is two-tier higher than r7-260x.
Also the MB is ok, and make sure use the better cooler with a top-down blowing design to cool down CPU and its surrounding components, if you have problem like the PC freeze during the games.
