[SOLVED] What’s wrong with my computer?

I built my own computer which has been running fantastically for about the last year. It’s the third computer I’ve built so I’m not super new, but also not crazy experienced.
Everything was working as usual until about two days ago after being on for a few minutes it blue screened and restarted with an “nmi_hardware_failure” error (I didn’t see the code associated with it). This morning when I turned it on, the display was just lit up black so I force shut it down and booted it up again. After that there were no problems and it worked like normal. It was off while I was away at work the majority of the day and when I came home to turn it on, the LEDs and fans on everything powered up, but there was no display. My monitor said there was no signal then went into power saving mode. My keyboard and mouse also didn’t have power.
I checked the motherboard to see if there were any error lights, turns out the VGA Error light was on. Sounded like an easy enough thing to test. Oh it was not. All of the following did not change anything.
I first used a different HDMI cable. Then used a different monitor that uses a DVI to DP cable (I normally use it as my second monitor). Then I tried the GPU in a different PCIThen I took out the GPU and tried using on board motherboard graphics. Then I tried an old GTX 970 a friend gave me instead of my current GPU with each monitor one at a time. I then replaced the PSU and repeated all of the above with the new PSU. Same result as before: nothing had changed. I went to check the RAM to see if that was the problem, but unfortunately I don’t have any spare DDR4 RAM, so I took them out and swapped their positions, used one at a time, etc. Again, no success.
I then tested my main monitor with a Nintendo Switch just to make sure I wasn’t going crazy. Thankfully that worked perfectly fine.
So as it stands, I have absolutely no idea what to do. Part of me thinks it could be the motherboard but I’m just really hoping it’s not.
Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

FYI, please include spaces between your wall of text so it's easier to comprehend and also receive answers faster from the community.

Can you see if removing the CMOS battery from the board and replacing it after 15 minutes changes the issue? Breadboard the innards with only the bare minimum, given how you have an 8700K, you can work off the onboard/iGPU instead of the discrete GPU and only the boot OS drive.
