Question what 4090 brand has the best PCB that won't crack? is there any rating for 4090 PCBs?

Hi, I want to know. Which brand of the RTX 4090 has the best PCB that won't crack?
Is there any rating for RTX 4090 PCBs?
can I use Thermaltake Smart Pro RGB 850W Bronze for 4090 until I upgrade the PSU in the future?
I know my system is weak, but I can't upgrade it all at once.
My system right now: I5-11400f, ASUS Prime B560-MA, 16 GB 2400 MHz, LG 24MK430 (1080P).

I doubt there is much difference. Most boards are made to nvidia specs most the differences are related to the cooling and maybe metal back plate. I guess there could be something but it is highly unlikely any review site is going to spend the money to buy a bunch of 4090 and then test how much it takes to destroy them.

Key is going to be either mount the card vertically or be sure to use the anti sag brackets that either come with the card or the case.

I really can't see how a video card is magically going to break sitting on your desk. I would bet most the cracked cards you see are people who yanked it out the machine without release the clip that holds it into the slot. I guess if the computer fell off the desk the shock could crack a card.

850 is minimum recommended by nvidia for a 4090. This is likely for the more common types of 4090. There are models that you can overclock the card to 600 watts. I forget which ones but almost nobody does that anymore since you get very little extra performance and you increase you chance of melting the power connector. It will likely work fine until you upgrade your cpu/motherboard then you should consider at least 1000 watts.

Note the next best upgrade is going to be your monitor, silly to hook a 4090 to a monitor that is only 1080.

I don't know if you know NorthWestRepair on YouTube, but he stated that none of the 4090s are good, only the extremely expensive MSI. I can buy the Gigabyte OC Gaming, but it seems Gigabyte has a problem with cracking PCBs.
You are right about the PSU, I will upgrade to a 1300w high-quality PSU
about the PCB, there is a rumor that Gygabyt has the worst PCB among other brands for 4090. I don't know how much Is that true?
Don't you think the next upgrade should be the CPU like 11900k?
