Hi guys, I need some help here...
I got Ryzen 5 1600 (AM4) and I bought new cpu fan for AM4. This is original AMD cpu fan (RGB)
But seems like it doesn't fit to my mother board (Gigabyte A320M-DS2), even though that's an AM4 processor and AM4 fan
The old fan have 4 philips screws. The new fan doesn't have any screws...
What was my mistake, and what should I do now?

Solution
you need the retention brackets. the motherboard comes with two plastic mounts that are screwed down in the holes, the cooler clips to these mounts.
Did you buy the computer or build it yourself? if you built it you should have kept the accessories that came with the board. find em, install em, and put the cooler on.
looks like the cooler change MIGHT REQUIRE a full motherboard removal.

you can see the clip mounts in this picture. those are needed to use the new cooler.
