Question What amount of PSU wattage should i use ?

my pc specifications:
i5 9400f
gigabyte gtx 1650
corsair vengeance ddr4 (2*8 gb ram sticks)
mobo : msi H310M pro VDH plus
ssd : 128 gb (crucial ssd) + 500gb (evm ssd)
stock cpu and gpu cooler
my current psu ( ant esports 450W psu)

Sometimes after turning on spotify and playing valoran it crashes (screen freezes) and i have to restart to use it back on again. pls help me

450 watts is probably enough............but your PSU may be broken or bad quality to begin with.

Looks like it has a 2 year warranty and sells for around 20 dollars US. That is NOT encouraging.

It's not certain that your PSU is the reason for the crashes.

But if you want a more dependable PSU, you could go with the Seasonic G12 GM 550w or 650 if you like.

What is your budget, and do you plan to make any upgrades in the future? Or buy a new PC, etc?

no plans of updating till now . only happens when valorant and other tasks like spotify etc is running. works fine and gives 150+ fps in valorant mid settings

brother that psu ig good quality iirc . it even has 2yr warrant and customer care is fine ig.it cheap cuz it an indian Brand ig. but really wanted to troubleshoot this crashing problem . Tried repasting cpu and gpu and temps are like 91 degree celcius while furmarking and 45-50 degrres idling

I would get rid of that PSU and get a higher quality unit.

Furmarking is not representative of much other than Furmarking. Maybe you built the PC to run Furmark?

Stock cooler and unknown ambient temps with an unknown case that may have ventilation issues that would easily explain 45-50 idle temps. In India, no less.

why are theses psu's more cheap in amazon india like the msi mag 650 w is like inr 4,699 ie 55 dollars. cant get any nzxt psus tho. even deepcool's 650 w psu come in same price region

I don't know why. The prices are different between US and Europe too. Some PSUs are cheaper on one continent.
