I originally wanted to get an I5-13600k but I saw that the ryzen 7 7800x3d could have up to 40 fps more per game and so I'd like to get the ryzen 7 7800x 3D for my rtx 3060 12gb for 1080p but I had bought a premade pc and there was only one 16gb ram bar so I got exactly the same one but really the same one and I was told "You bought two single sticks? If so that can be a problem for Ryzen. Technically it's mixing RAM because not from the same batch and not sold as a matched pair in a kit." and "With Intel it's not much of an issues. On a Ryzen platform it can cause massive issues like instability, lower RAM speed or even a non working system." So should I stay with Intel or switch to Amd ?

You can't use ddr4 memory on a 7800x3d so I am unclear what you are talking about. It sounds like you have a old pc your bought and want to use the memory. If it is modern enough to use DDR5 memory then what cpu does it currently use.

7800x3d can't be overclocked really so just get memory that is compatible. You will see almost no difference in the frame rate in most games by having a slightly higher memory clock rate. It is more important that you would have say 2x 16gb rather than 2x 8gb. For the vast majority of games it is the video card that will limit your frame rates.

Personal preference, i would say.

"massive issues", probably not.

The issue mostly arises when its being Overclocked. It could run into instabilities and performance dips, and running at a lower frequency. but that's common with both AMD and Intel, and i don't think one will encounter more issues than the other.
