what are the best cube PC cases for under $70

Hi,
I am building my second pc and would like to buy a unique case to go with it. I have been looking at cube cases for a long time but just never got one. I've been looking at this case but the price has recently skyrocketed and is now out of stock. I want the motherboard to lay vertical and to have at least one side window but two would be great. Plus I would like it to fit my red and black theme.

If it's a matx mobo, look at the thermaltake core v21 and corsair air 240.
If it's an atx mobo, look at the corsair air 540.
