So I have an old dell inspiron 1545 laptop and want to upgrade some of its components so that it runs faster. I am aware that upgrading is not worth it and it is better to buy a new laptop but I can't buy one for while. I have currently upgraded the ram from 2gb to 8gb. And I upgraded the wifi card.
I am looking to the upgrade the cpu and the hdd to a compatible ssd.
The main problem I am facing is that even with the great ram and wifi card the web browsing is pretty slow. On the speed test it usually shows 50 - 80 mbps, but browsing is slower than my other laptop or phone which show 40 - 60mbps. I am not really looking to make this extremely fast like a gaming laptop but I want to make it bearable.

250 gb HDD
Graphics coprocessor: Intel GMA 4500M
Windows 10 OS
