Just built a new computer with the Ryzen 9 9950x3D and it is my first time running AMD. I was wondering if this looks normal to you guys.
Looks like the clock speeds are too high, as if it was always on turbo and I am kinda worried this might degrade the CPU faster.

Taken from NZXT CAM (Kraken Elite RGB AIO):

Model: Ryzen 9 9950x3D
Current Frequency: 5070 MHz (idle / Load 2%)
Power: 36W
Stock Frequency: 4300 MHz
Temps: 44 C

NOTE: Ran some stress and stability tests. At 120% CPU usage temps capped out at 82 C (which i think is amazing lol). Software used PCMARK 10 and 3DMARK. Not too worried about the temps.

Thank you everyone for your support! Recommendations are welcome!

Those look fine,. I'd advise on making sure you're on the latest BIOS version for your motherboard. You could perhaps do some fine tuning with undervolting on your CPU;

and GPU.

Just an FYI, the RTX 3000 series GPU's were notorious for having high transient load spikes. Users were advised to overprovision on their wattage apart from investing into reliably built units. In your instance you should've looked into a 1.2KW reliably built unit for that RTX 3090.

As for your ram, the sweet spot for AMD's AM5 platform is DDR5-6000MHz, tight latencied, dual channel ram kit. In your current state you've left performance on the table.

Really appreciate your input! I will look into tuning and undervolting the CPU. Think I have not fiddled with that yet.

Yup, I made sure the most up to date bios was updated via Q-FLASH before I started the build.

For the GPU I fine tuned it via Firestorm so we gucci there too! According to GPUZ, the GPU runs very smooth, haven't had load spike issues thankfully, not even on my previous build.

And I hear ya about the RAM. Initially, I had purchased a CORSAIR VENGEANCE RGB DDR5 RAM 64GB (2x32GB) 6600MHz CL32. However, this X870 motherboard is extremely buggy, it would simply not post, so I went with the manual recommended stock one. Initially, having my razer mouse, my corsair keyboard or the AIO USB connected threw random errors that would not allow it to post(among other things, very frustrating). After troubleshooting and installing the OS things seem to be a lot more stable. Might look into upgrading the RAM per your suggestion.

Thanks again!

Got a link to both of those ram kits?

You could've looked into a ram kit that had AMD's E.X.P.O advertised on it. If you find a slightly higher frequency kit with a tight set of latencies, then go for that! I got a friend onto a DDR5-6600MHz Corsair Dominator Titanium onto his AM5 platform, has been solid with the factory shipped BIOS on a B650 chipset board.
