I've been a gamer for a long time, just long enough to know that the specs requirements of any games are incredibly overestimated and always demand more then what they claim their game needs.

Their recommended hardware requirements are:
CPU: i5-8400/r5 3600
GPU: RTX 2060/RX 5700 | 6GB of VRAM
RAM: 16GB

MY PC specs
CPU: i7-6700
GPU: RX 5700 XT 8GB
RAM: 16GB DDR4

Now according to their recommended requirements, their specs can run at 1080p 60fps at medium, and this assuming that FSR2.1 is on.

As for my system, I'm getting 30-40 fps at the lowest settings and FSR at performance is, my CPU is very old, am I loosing 20-30fps because of it?

I do plan to upgrade to an AM5 eventually, but I want to know exactly what are the requirements to play at 1080p Native, high/very high, at around 70-80Fps?
FSR... just looks garbage, it's no different from putting at lowest settings at lower resolutions🤮.

Then the system requirements page for the game are of no value here.

If you did go by the game dev's aforementioned requirements, then you should adhere to these;

MY PC specs
CPU: i7-6700
GPU: RX 5700 XT 8GB
RAM: 16GB DDR4

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary...

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

If you're not on DDR4-3200MHz, then that's where you're probably losing out on performance in your platform.

FSR... just looks garbage, it's no different from putting at lowest settings at lower resolutions🤮.
You try running DDU to remove all GPU drivers(intel, Nvidia and AMD) in Safe Mode, then manually installing the latest driver sourced from AMD's support site in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator?
