Question what are these textures on my new monitor?

New display i have these weird textures when zooming in or moving in-game i notice them( example )slightly but they are annoying my specs are r5600x / 16gb ram 3200mhz / rx xfc gts 8gb / monitor matos firstplayer 120hz fullhs

Monitor matos firstplayer 120hz fullhd
Psu Coolermaster mw v2 550w
Mobo a320 m2h last bios update
This problem occurred only while traying the new monitor it feels pixelated and in games i can see slightly the pixels i tried changing cables and restarting the gpu cache but nothing seems to work
