Hi guys, you probably get this question a lot so I apologise for that, but I can't find the answer on the internet anywhere, so I came here:
My dream is to run Cyberpunk at ultra 1080fps RTX ON, DLSS Quality at constant +60 fps. What GPU and CPU etc, do I need to run these requirements?
Thanks!

Solution
1080p 60fps with RTX and DLSS. Id say a 3080 or higher 3080ti, 3090 even
AMD 5600x 5800x 5900x all ill work great
Intel 10600k and up should be good also, but im not well versed on Intel CPUs

Ultra quality @ 1080p with RTX and DLSS will require the 3080ti or 3090 if you want the minimum FPS (aka 1% lows) to stay above 60.

You can maintain an average FPS of 60 with lesser cards like the 3070ti.

As Bassman999 stated the Ryzen 5600x, 5800x, and 5900x are all solid gaming CPUs and so are the last couple gens of Intel chips with 6c/12t or more.

I have an RTX 3070 and overclocked mildly it gets 79 avg, 92 max, 59 for the 1% low, and 53 for the 0.1% low. At stock speed it gets 76 avg, 92 max, 56 for the 1% low and 50 for the 0.1% low. Overclocked to the max that I can clock the card without crashes I get 85 avg, 102 max, 63 for the 1% low, and 55 for the 0.1% low. So yeah. The RTX 3070 is good enough to do it. Especially if you overclock. At 4K I have to lower a lot of settings to low or medium and just do medium ray traced light with only shadows. No ray traced reflections. DLSS at performance mode. I get around 60 fps avg like that. Though I didn't benchmark it. If you only wanna play at 1080p I'd say the RTX 3070 is more than enough. It's really more geared to 1440p and 4K than 1080p though. Cyberpunk 2077 is just an outlier. The game is very buggy and is most likely not well optimized for anything less than highend hardware. The game is an absolute mess. You've got LODs popping in at low quality up close. Which should ideally never happen. You have lots of bugs that never got fixed which I'm sure the developers knew about. The people and vehicles pop in and out of existence depending on where you look. Which ideally should never happen. It's a decent game even with those issues though. But really it seems more like an alpha version. This is coming from a game developer.

I mean you can't just get a acer nitro 5 with rtx 3050ti or 3060 and trust me it is awesome.
With rtx 3060 you should get more than 60 at 1080p at max settings with rtx on and DLSS but the rtx 3050ti can also do this but at high settings it can run at 40 fps.
There is a 200 dollars difference between these do but I recommend the rtx 3060 laptop, if you want to get one. You can watch youtube videos and it is awesome.
