What bios should i update to?

I currently have P01-B1. But i do not know what version i should upgrade to.

What motherboard do you have?
We really can;t help you with more info...

Go to your motheboard manufacturer webpage in support, enter the model you have and you should find Bios download with instruction to install it...

Always pick the newest, latest available...

Why are you looking to update your BIOS?

Usually the rule is, if it ain't broke, don't fix it... I would not flash such an old board, since its an ACER prebuild board, the chances are a flash would damage it badly.

The problem here is that my bios is not letting me install a Brand new video card (radeon hd 7750)

Doubtful. More likely is that your board is a PCI-e 1.0 mobo, that means your GPU will not work on it no matter what. Its a VERY old board.

You can not. There is no other way but to get a new mobo, CPU and RAM.

Mine must be a newer model of this one because i have an AMD Athlon II X4 645. And that motherboard has an AM2 socket and mine has a AM3 socket

Sam principle applies, rarely a BIOS update will fix such an issue.

Oh and i cant even go back to my old video card. Because my computer just wont switch from my onboard to it. and i cannot disable my onboard because the only option to disable it is greyed out in the BIOS.

Im using my onboard video card trying to disable it and switch to the new one which is installed in the computer with drivers fully installed.

WHen you plug a video card into the slot. It will automatically disable the onboard graphics. RESET YOUR BIOS.

Remove power from your system, remove the CMOS battery, its the round silver thing on the mobo. Press the on button without power attached. That discharges your PSU, then leave it a few minutes, reinstall your battery and then your BIOS is reset.
