What part of the world? Eurozone, North America, South Asia, South America..... you have mentioned some general parts and there are others not mentioned. Your PSU needs to be high-performance, you need a CPU cooler for the i7 if you plan to overclock, and I would choose a different motherboard for better power phases.

980ti is total overkill for 1080p 60FPS, you will not be using it at anything like full power. It will run 2k well, and 4k just barely.
GTX970 is excellent for that level.

I'm from South East Asia. I'm thinking of getting a H100i GTX for the i7, you're right 980ti is a overkill. I might change the CPU from i7 to i5 4690k. What do you recommend for me to go for?

That's a good motherboard with power phases for overclocking and every other part is high-quality and something I would use myself. If you have to cut something, then the SSD is the only place.
