so this is my build,what can i change to make it cheaper cause i live in malaysia and everything here is pretty expensive so what can i change to get it cheaper,i want to keep the gtx 780ti for custom water cooling in the future and can the 500w psu power the whole system

The PSU is utterly insufficient, and your not doing yourself any favors by pairing an i3 with a 780 Ti.

Get a GTX970 and use the savings to buy a better PSU and a better CPU+mobo.

Also, 2x4GB RAM is better than 1x8GB, because of Dual Channel.

Grab an i5 and a GTX 970, 770, R9 290, R9 280x...any of those graphics cards will perform really well at 1080p. The i3 would not be a good choice with the 780ti, it will hold it back.

Like the other poster stated, get a better PSU and go with 2 sticks of 4GB RAM.

Past that, why in the world do you want custom water cooling for such a graphics card?
First of all, a GTX970 superclock will perform close enough to the GTX780ti that it would take a benchmark to tell the difference.
A GTX970 will run on a 500w psu, even if the evga unit is only of middling quality.
Water cooling is used to increase the overclock of a card. It is far better to spend those cooling funds on a stronger card in the first place.

You are being short sighted with a B85 motherboard.
If you are planning on a future upgrade to a i5 or i7 K, then the B85 does not let you overclock.
You will want a Z97 based motherboard for that.
Since a Z97 will increase your cost, consider the merits of a $70 G3258 with a good oc for starters.
There are only a few games where the two cores will hold you back.
When those games become a problem, you can freely upgrade to a i5.
