What can I Overclock

Ok guys my pc is

Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit Edition
AMD Phenom 2 955 3.2GHZ
Asrock something AM3 DDR3 16GB board 2X PCI Express X16 Slots
10GB DDR3 10600 1333MHZ ram
250GB Harddrive Sata Harddrive
2TB 64Mb catch Harddrive
Nvidia Zotac GTX 460 Graphics Card
1050 Gaming ATX power Supply

Case is a Gaming Case with clear panel from maplin with a big exhaust fan thing on front a 120MM at the back by the power Supply and 2 80MM fans on the side case heatsink is a the standard heat pipe one i got From AMD with my Phenom 2 955

What parts do you recommend to overclock or is it not neccisary?
Is my case cool enough
i get laggy low framerates in 3dmark11 Edition on the extreme test i use a 32 inch Samsung Moniter on 1300 Resolution Thanks

You can overclock CPU, GPU, and memory.

I overclock only the CPU. There's no need to overclock RAM on an Intel K CPU or AMD BE CPU. I think GPU's run hot enough anyway, so I do not OC them either.
