What component should I buy?

I have some money like 300dollars and I would like to spend the money to my pc. I think you guys need to know my specs. CPU: i3 8100 GBU:asus gtx 1060 6g, ram: hyperx 2x4g 2666mhz ddr4
1tb hard drive, no ssd.

So I think I should buy more ram and ssd but should I buy second kit of 4g rams (ram slots 4) or one 8g ram or new 2x8ram kit?

2x8GB DDR4 = $80
