[SOLVED] What connector is this?

What type of connector is on this 2.5" HDD? And what kind of toaster do I need to connect it to a pc?

around page 24 is the diagram.

it looks like this came out of a laptop and has an adapter over the real connections for the laptop. carefully see if that comes off which it should to reveal the sata ports under it. this was common back when PATA was still a thing and was a way to use sata drives on PATA designs before everything went fully sata
