[SOLVED] What cooler for i7 9700?

Hi everyone! As title says I'm choosing the cooler to buy for i7 9700 (non k).
Heard about Noctua NH-U9S (63$) and Deepcool Gammaxx 400 (22$)
What to buy? Any other choices? I'd save money and buy the Gammax 400 tbh

Gammaxx 400 would work. At $25, the be quiet! Pure Rock Slim is an alternative worth looking at. A little more polish.
