What cooling should I use for a Duron 800?

I just bought myself a duron 800, and a KT7-raid. The heatsink and fan that I received with the duron sucks. It only gets warm when I touch it and my BIOS is telling my duron is running at 150 degrees!!! Windows blue screens the second I get into it. What should I do??? I need some feedback on what Heat Sink and fan are the best for the Duron. I also plan to overclock it when I finally get it up and running.
I was looking around and I found this:

Do you guys think its something that would help me? or is it not a good idea?? If you could tell me what fan/heatsink and where to get it that would help me out a lot.
Thank you

at www.coldcpu.com they have an AWESOME deal on an Alpha PAL6035-A (the heatsink that replaced the PEP66). Anyhow, it comes with Delta 38CFM fan. I just bought the combo myself. It's like $31. Be sure to get a 3 prong to 4 prong adapter under the "cables" section for the fan though.

If I have the link right, you are asking about the copper spacer? Don't get it. It is not worth it and it is not recommended by AMD.
Instead spend your money on a GlobalWin FOP32 and some Arctic Silver thermal compound. It will take your temp down significantly.
I got my Arctic Silver from www.coldcpu.com but it doesn't look like they have the GlobalWin FOP32, they only have the 38. The 38 is good but very loud.

I like OCZ.SAFESHOPPER.COM. Their Monster II cooler is designed to fit the KT7/KT7-RAID motherboards like a glove. I have one and like it a lot. It comes with a Comair quiet fan or you can opt for a more powerful (and noisier) Delta fan. My Duron running at 900 Mhz never exceeds 48 degrees C, 122 degrees F. That's with the Comair fan. Recently, from OCZ, you can also get the the same heatsink with dual fans and even dual Deltas (I think) but I can't imagine the noise from that.

If you don't plan to overclock I would suggest you first try reinstalling your present heatsink using good thermal grease.

I agree that some heatsinks and fans are not as good as others, but we are talking about a non-overclocked Duron 800 at stock voltage, right? If it runs that hot, 65C or 150F, then something else is wrong here. I would have to look into the way the heatsink is mounted. If is flat on the core of the CPU? Pull the motherboard out and look at the side so you can view the contact area between the CPU and heatsink for mounting issues. AMD is very aware that inconsistent mounting of the heatsink will cause overheating, therefore they have a 20 page document on their website explaining how to mount the heatsink to the CPU. What about heatsink compound between the CPU and heatsink? Is it a pad or grease? If nothing than you need some heatsink compound. On top of all this, I would still buy a better heatsink, like the Global Win FOP32 or 38, or the Coolermaster DP5-6H51 with some Arctic Silver compound.
