Question What cord connects from my GPU to PSU?

I have a MSI RX 580 Armor gpu and a Corsair CX600M 600W. I just get confused to know what kind of pin to use. Do i get 8 pin and 6 or do i get 8 pin and 8 pin. I looked into a cord to order than tossed this male to female thing. i just got confused!

Your corsair already has the power cable you need. The MSi should take a single 8 pin or 6+2 pin (which can form an 8 pin) and is probably labelled "PCIE"
