Question What CPU and MOBO should i get with my 3090ti?

Hello, so recently I upgraded my gpu to a 3090ti and am looking to upgrade the cpu and mobo. My current setup is, a 3090ti, r7 3700x, b450 tomahawk max, 32 gb ram 3600mhz, evga 1000watt supernova t2 psu and an nzxt h510i.

One other question, is the cpu you showed able to be used out of the box on the mobo? Or would I have to do a bios flash to use it

The 12 gen boards need a bios update for Raptor Lake cpu's but not the 13 gen boards such as the Z790, B760 and H770 boards.
