Hi,

I currently have this pc;
Nzxt h510
Rx580 armor
Ryzen 5 2600
corsair vengeance rgb pro 16gb 3200
ASRock Pro4
EVGA 700watt psu

please help me with upgrades and what I’d need to buy I mostly game on competitive 1080p 144hz and would like to stick with this but I know having a bad cpu will bottleneck my gpu at this resolution. I’m also a massive cyberpunk fan so I kinda want the raytracing aswell.
What parts of my pc should I upgrade budget about £800-1000

Solution
You have a good system, I would get a 3700X or 3900X and call it a day. Just be sure to update your BIOS while you still have your 2600 installed.

The only other upgrade would be your PSU, They recommend 750 watt minimum and although the wattage requirements are always higher then what you can get away with if you have a lower quality or older PSU it might be a good idea

I would stick to Tier A.
