What CPU to go with?

I am probably going with an intel I3-4160 but I was wondering if it would be worth handing over the extra money to get the I3-4350. Is the performance gap that big? Could I see the difference or would it be just 1 or two fps/?

i3 4150 shoud be fine, spending more to get +1fps isn't worth it

About how much better would upgrading to a i-5 be? Would it be worth it?
