If your computer posts and your RAM/CPU is detected, go ahead and install your Operating System. You will install the graphics card drivers later on in your OS.

So, do i just exit the bios and put in my operating system and that is all? Im sorry, but how do i know if the RAM/CPU has been detected?

ive read the manual, but i dont see any specific instructions the MUST be done at this point. I see a whole lot of information about the several modes available and what changes will happen if I do certain things, but it's just making me even more confused :S

Look for the main BIOS page, PC status or something of the like, motherboard's interfaces differ from one another. It doesn't seem to be a problem and yes you just exit the BIOS and put your OS in the DVD drive. If it doesn't do anything, you will have to change the boot order in the BIOS under Advanced settings, peripherals or boot.
You can also refer to the manual on how to find how to change boot order or to check PC status (temps, CPU, RAM amount/frequency)
