When overclocking, there are a number of things, the guides recommend you disable in bios, some make sense like CnQ/Speedstep, but what is C1E and SpreadSpectrum for?, why is it recommended to disable these? Just to help me(and others) have a better understanding of what is what...

c1e disables non active cores and is one of the energy saving parts. idk what speadspread is.
