First off stick to 4 gb of Ram.

Second I would stay away from that case and PSU combo. Stick with PSU's from Antec, Corsair, Seasonic, OCZ and a few other QUALITY brands. Dont skimp on either your PSU or your GPU.

Third GPU NVIDA is way behind right now I would look at the ATI cards because they have a definite advantage over NVIDIA right now.

Fourth What is the budget and what is the Computer going to be used for. Might want to read the sticky on requesting builds so the wise people of the forums (Looks around for the smart ones to jump in) will be able to help you out.

Lots of things could use adjustment, first dont use a HEC PSU, its not a good idea.

Next what do you plan on using this rig for? If gaming at what screen resolution?

I would swap the 6GB kit of OCZ gold for a 2x2GB kit of the Gskill ECO ram, it will run in dual channel m ode which will give you a slight performance boost.

The 9800GTX is also a fairly old card, if you pay a bit more you can get a 5770 which will perform significantly better and generate far less heat.
