This is good. The H97 Performance is a little overkill but at $79 after rebate it's a great deal.
The 620w Antec is the best deal on a psu in your power range right now and is what I would get. I chose a more expensive gold model above because I thought you wanted to get a gold rated unit. It's certainly not necessary.
The Xeon 1231v3 is really just an i7 4770 without igpu. It's not a necessary upgrade for gaming, but it's great for heavy multitasking or cpu intensive tasks.
Overall, that is going to be a great system. You're going to enjoy it.
 


awesome thanks if i had a bigger wallet id definitly give the xeon a chance lol but thanks for all the advice
