Hi i'm getting a new geforce gt730 4gb ddr3
can someone tell me if it's a good graphics card ? if it's not tell me why and can it run new games on high settings ?

No it is not a good card. The 4gb models also are the slower DDR3 equipped ones. If you really want to stick with such a low end card, you need to look at the 64bit GDDR5 models, like this one. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127852

The 1gb version is priced so close, that the 2gb model actually makes sense. Either way, it won't run current games on high settings. You need to look at something more like a GTX 960, for that.
It won't run new games on high settings at all. Putting 4 gig of RAM in that card is pure marketing numbers. No game that will need 4 gig of RAM will run on a 730 properly. It's like putting a $10,000 set of wheels and tires and new paint on a $3,000 Toyota Corolla.

If you only have the budget to get the 730, that is a fine low end card for lower quality gaming. If you want to play new games on high settings, you need to spend about $150 or more depending on the resolution you want to run at.
