Hi everyone, I'm Lucas, and I'm from Argentina, so take this into account: 1 dollar = 9 (approx.) pesos argentinos. So, as you may imagine, imported stuff is really expensive here, this government put a lot of restrictions and everything, bla bla bla.

Anyway, let's go:

CPU: AMD FX 8350
GPU: Sapphire Radeon R9 270x 2GB GDDR5 OC Dual-X
MOBO: ASUS M5a97 R2.0 970
RAM: 8GB (2x4GB) G.Skill Ripjaws 1866mhz CL9
HDD: Western Digital 1TB Caviar Black
PSU: Sentey BRP600 600w
CASE: Thermaltake Commander or Sentey GS 6010

That PC costs $10.500 pesos (around $1166 dollars, I don't really know if that's expensive for U.S. people)
Taking into account that an average person here earns $4000 pesos per month, $10.500 is a lot of money!

So, what do you think about the "configuration"? Is it a good rig? I'm looking for opinions; objective and subjective views, everything.

I thank you all in advance, and I hope you can help me here!

Solution
that build looks pretty good, the only other thing i would suggest is add an aftermarket heatsink. the 8350 can run pretty hot, something like the coolermaster 212 evo will do fine, its inexpensive here in the us.
Looks great, but I would probably switch the PSU to a Corsair CX series, and change the motherboard to a GIGABYTE GA-970A-UD3P. Everything else looks good!

Great, thanks! I'll think about those parts then. I can afford the things you suggested 🙂 let's see if someone else has anything to say. Thanks a lot Xexoxix!

Any time! If you need any more help, just shoot me a message.

Solution
if you can, try to get an xfx, seasonic, antec, or corsair psu(not the cx series, its fine for budget builds but isnt the best.) a different psu will be more reliable, but if others are alot more expensive stick with the cx series

THIS. I forgot to mention this, thank you. I have a hyper 212 EVO on my 8350 right now and I'm glad I do, because this thing idles at around 37 or 38c. Probably 53 or 54c under load.

Great. I considered the 212, it's not that expensive here either ($620 pesos = approx. $70 dollars).
I've put it in the "optional" list along with other things such as a Corsair Vengeance M65 mouse, a Razer BlacWidow keyboard, and well, I have a Sony Pulse E.E. 7.1 headset, so I'm covered (I'll buy an Audio Technica M50 for music and for my digital piano later, and leave the Pulse for gaming only).
Great advice, I'll put the Hyper 212 EVO in the "mandatory" list 🙂 thank you a lot jshoop, really!
