[SOLVED] What do you think of my current upgrade idea?

So I am looking to buy these parts for a complete upgrade, I will probably wipe my SSD and HDD, keep my current case as well.

Parts :
CPU : Ryzen 5 3600
MOBO : MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX
GPU : 8GB Sapphire RADEON RX 580 PULSE
RAM : Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO Black 16GB 3200 MHz DDR4
PSU : 650w EVGA SuperNova
CPU Cooling : Cooler Master Hyper 212 1 x 120mm fan

What do you all personally think? Would I be able to upgrade certain parts, get away with down grading certain parts or is there anything I need to look out for? Obviously I am going to take a look at my case and confirm it is compatible but I am 99% sure I am fine.

if you could afford it or get it at same price look to some 3600Mhz DDR4. give a hard look at the Deepcool Gammax 400, it may serve better and be cheaper than the 212, I have them both and the deepcool is on my Ryzen.
otherwise looks good. nice build.
double check the clearances for the motherboard and the GPU in the case.
measure twice, cut once as they say.
