What do you think of this system?

Solution
ya do an 850w if you plan to add a second card. the green isnt made for running an operating system. it is made for storage. you will most likely see a good amount of lag. id get the ssd right away if i were you. your experience with your new machine off the bat will probably not be good and then you have to worry about changing your os over to a new drive.
Only a few minor comments:

1. That PSU is overkill unless you intend to do extreme overclocking and add multiple additional graphics cards. You could probably stand to come down to something in the 750-800W range and still have more than enough power.
2. I would recommend getting an SSD drive for your OS, and upgrading the HDD you have listed to a 7200 RPM drive for your game installs and media storage. Faster file access time is a nice boost to system performance for a relatively low cost.

Other than that, everything looks pretty good to me.

Looks good however do you have a need for such a powerful PSU? It's a bit of an overkill for the rest of components unless you are thinking of multi SLI/Crossfire. I would get a bit less powerful one like ''be quiet! DARK POWER PRO 11 950W'' and the price difference left would upgrade HDD to SSD or even SSHD.

Changed to an 850w that was just a place holder that I forgot to change.

I actually already had the green, and am planning to add an SSD or two later.

You should have no problems running 2 graphics cards in SLI with that PSU. 850W is more than enough to support the second card.
