The Corsair RM 750 is an abysmal psu, tier4 should be tier5 in my book. While it has excellent power delivery and ripple, the caps are sub-par and the thermals are so bad it wouldn't complete any stress testing due to thermal shutdowns. The are most definitely better psus for less money. Evga G2, Corsair AX (i), Seasonic, Antec HCG, XFX.

Why do you think i should get 16gb of ram dont you think thats to much for gaming? same for cpu? and what do you mean by runing my HDD in raid ?

Raid is a means of running a series of hard drives in parallel. There are 2 basic types, data security - the same data is written to both drives simultaneously. Or data performance - the data is split between the drives, so it's read back together at more than the speed of a single drive. The rest of the raid arrays are hybrids of those 2, but if you were to run a raid array, I'd recommend a 3rd drive larger than the 2x 1Tb, just for mass storage of stuff like audio and visual media and run the 2x 1Tb in performance.
