Hello,
I've heard there is "watts" term for AC and also for DC. If i take an electric Iron, the label says 1000W. I can understand that, which means it takes 1000W of AC power to heat up the Iron.
So if i use that to measure power consumption of a Intel i7 power supply, a 600W means it takes 600W watts of AC power for the computer to run?
Same Question with the laptops' battery chargers, a 60W charger means, it takes 60W AC power to charge the battery, does it?
thanks
