my pc specs said i have 1tb hdd but Speccy says i have SPCC Solid State Disk (SATA). So which one do i have?

Speccy is usually right, but you can recheck that.
At the Start Menu write "msinfo32", which will generate the System Information tab. You can find "Storage" there under "Components".

Maybe both, look in Device manager and Disk management
