OK, since the 7900's are back in stock at newegg i want to make shure what VIVO (i know it video in , video out but thats all) is because the i saw in the review that the 7900's dont have VIVO. so what does it do and will make much of a differnce in gamming and what not?

It won't affect your gaming performance, video quality, refresh rates or the like - so that shouldn't matter, but it is a nice feature to have there if you ever do need it. I've had it on both my old 6600GT and my current 7800GT and never used it.
