What fans should I put where?

I have 3 case fans 1 in front (Intake), 1 top (exhaust), and 1 on the back (Exhaust) and i only have 2 fan plug ins on my motherboard , what ones should i plug in to the motherboard and what one should i plug in the PSU?

Personally I would connect the front and top fans to your motherboard and connect the rear fan to your PSU. Having your rear fan running at full speed won't be as audible as having the other 2 spinning that fast.

But my rear fan only has a motherboard plug

Mount and hook-up whatever you want wherever you want. Connect them all to the MB, then at least you have the option of controlling them all down the road.
