What gifts have you gotten your family/friends?

I'm looking for some last minute gift ideas for my family. What gifts have you guys picked up for other people? I'm at the point where I don't even know where to look, I feel like I've exhausted all my ideas in past years.

I try to get everyone at least 2 things. So far I've gotten my dad a quadcopter and I'm going to give my mom my laptop that I've fixed up. My brother and his fiance just bought a house and are fixing it up, but it's hard to buy something like that because you don't know what they'll need/use. So I need to get something for them.

I went the easy route, I got my brother a Visa gift card, my sister a Game Stop gift card, my nephew I bought him the latest Starcraft 2 x-pac (Legacy of the Void), my niece I got a pair of jeans and Green Bay Packers beanie and my Mom a digital camera (Nikon Coolpix L840).
Really depends on the age of the person.

Hard to say since I don't know them like you do so this is just a general idea. Something somewhat basic? Maybe a multi photo frame they can hang on a wall and fill with family photos or even renovation photos if they're into that sort of thing. It's decorative without being too design oriented and the focus would be their personal photos so it won't be like a wall decoration that may not suit them.

If they live in an area where they may get their shoes dirty, a shoe/boot brush? The type they can leave outside, has bristles on the bottom and sides to clean shoes off before entering the house. A bird feeder if they're into nature. Something that would contribute to their home as a house warming gift. Maybe a scented candle (larger type) or decorative candle if they like those types of things.

Keeping it simple helps if you don't know specifics and I'm sure they'd like whatever it is. Not only as a holiday gift but as a nice gesture in celebration of their new home.

My father is a lil'bit old school type of a guy, so I bought him a photo album and filled it with cool photos of our family. He likes to show us and our pets to his friends, but hates to do it via his Iphone. So now he has album in his car and he can always use it.
