What GPU is compatible with my ASRock N68-VS3 FX motherboard ?
I want to update upgrade the graphics because I currently have just an integrated Geforce 7025/n360a with 256 mb shared vram.

Any entry level/low-end discrete GPU will be compatible. The board is having a PCI-Express x16 slot for any GPU, but this is a very OLD motherboard platform, AM3+, supporting AMD Phenom II X6 / X4 / X3 / X2 (except 920 / 940) / Athlon II X4 / X3 / X2 / Sempron processors.

Which CPU do you have ? Rest of your PC/system specs ? Is this for gaming purpose or something else ?

A card like GT 1030 might suit this board setup. Just my thoughts.

Does your motherboard have a UEFI bios or a legacy bios?
You can tell by the looks.
If it is plain monochrome text, it is legacy.
If it looks formatted like a web page, it is uefi.

This makes a difference since modern graphics cards will be uefi based and may not be detected on a legacy bios.
The transition from legacy to uefi happened with the GTX7xxx series.
Some cards could handle both uefi and legacy.
Similarly, some uefi motherboards will have a csm setting that will detect older legacy graphics cards.

Of late RX550 have been selling very cheaply compared to GT1030. That would be my pick for an older system.
