Doing big upgrades to my sigged build. What current gpus 770/r9 285 and higher wouldnt work with my current motherboard. I can either afford to get both a new mother board and ram, or just the gpu or cpu this week. Everything else waits til my next payday.
Hoing with the gpu now obviously as i could rightfully use it with my current set up til then. I know price drops and new cards will occur in like two weeks, but im impatient and a few extra bucks isnt a deal breaker for me at the moment.
Ive been debating between a 770 and a 280x for a while. Was waiying on benches for benches on the 285. And while im pleased with them, id rather have the extra vram at this point. 2gb is gonna start to feel kind of restrictive in the coming years.
So yeah, any of my upgrade ideas workable in the meantime with my p35 platinum? Its old not gonna sell on craigslist, so im gonna frame it on my wall lol
